Description
Prewell Amplifier is a high performance InGap HBT MMIC Amplifier and high Linearity driver amplifier in a high quality SOT-89 or SOT-223 packages. The device features excellent Input and Output return loss, High linearity, wideband operation, and high reliability. Prewell amplifiers are consisted of PW and PH series. Our product line is optimized for use in mobile infrastructure, GSM, WCDMA, WLAN, Wibro, CATV etc.
PW series are gain blocks for low-cost, wide band, low current applications. PH series are 1 stage amplifiers for highly linear performance and have an internal active bias.
